FAQ - About account
Step 1: Register a new user. Enter a valid email address as your username on the registration page, set and confirm your login password. Select your region and preferred language, and be sure to read and agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Step 2: Activate your account. Please log in to your registered email to check the activation email (if not received, please check the "Spam" folder). Click the activation link in the email to complete verification.
Note: For your account security, the activation link is valid for 30 minutes. If the link expires, you need to log in to the system and click "Resend Activation Email" to activate manually.
Step 3: Account creation complete. After successful activation, you can log in to the platform to start publishing content or configuring advertising campaigns.
Users may be unable to access their accounts if they failed to activate them in time during registration. In this case, you need to initiate the activation process again.
Step 1: Click the "Activate Account" option under the "MyCenter" menu in the navigation bar.
Step 2: Enter the email address used during registration.
Step 3: Click the button to start activation; the system will send a new activation email to that address.
Step 4: Log in to your email account (check the spam folder if not received).
Step 5: Click the activation link in the email.
Step 6: Activation complete, your account is now ready for use.
Step 1: Click the "Sign in" option under the "MyCenter" menu in the navigation bar.
Step 2: Enter your account (the email address used during registration)
Step 3: Enter your password
Step 4: Enter the verification code - Wait for the captcha image to refresh and display a mathematical expression. - Manually identify the expression and calculate the result. - Enter the result into the verification input box.
Step 5: Click the 'Sign in' button
Step 6: After successful login, you will be automatically redirected to the "MyCenter"
After logging in successfully, there are two ways to logout: Method 1: Click the "Sign out" option under the "MyCenter" main menu Method 2: In "MyCenter", click the "Sign out" button at the bottom of the sidebar navigation
To ensure the security of your account, the system has a session protection mechanism: You will be automatically logged out approximately every 30 minutes after a successful login.
If you cannot log in due to a forgotten password, you can initiate the password recovery process to reset it.
Step 1: Find and click the "Forgot Password" link near the "Login" button on the login page
Step 2: On the "Forgot Password" page, enter the email address used during registration
Step 3: Click the "Send Email" button
Step 4: Open your email and click the "Password Reset" link in the message
Step 5: You will be automatically redirected to the password reset page
Step 6: Enter and confirm your new password
Step 7: Password reset complete
